We grilled this up on Saturday and it was wonderful. The hen was so flavorful and moist. And something wrapped in bacon is at all times higher proper?? Though my hubby does have some mad grilling abilities. I liked this recipe as a result of many of the hen I make has some type of marinade. This hen was so good with the spices and bacon, it was excellent by itself! I served it with my scrumptious Rodizio Grilled Pineapple and a yummy pasta salad.

How I modified it: I let the hen soak within the brown sugar and spiced in a single day.
Issues I’ll do in another way subsequent time: Add somewhat extra spice. Possibly some purple pepper flakes.
