Incredible Gochujang Sauce Recipe – Pinch of Yum

In My Gochujang Sauce Period.

Okay, wow. I’m completely hooked on this pleasant, creamy, silky, unbelievable gochujang sauce.

It’s silky and barely creamy, spicy, garlicky (!!), and a little bit tangy and salty from the soy sauce and rice vinegar. I actually simply whispered “oof” outloud as I’m reliving it in my thoughts. It’s so good.

So first, an explainer: gochujang is a purple chile paste that has its roots in Korean cooking! Gochujang could be purchased as a paste (spicier and extra concentrated) or as extra of a desk sauce (normally a bit sweeter and fewer spicy).

This gochujang sauce is a dipping sauce / dressing that you just make from store-bought gochujang sauce. You then a) fall in love with it, and b) put it on salads, rice bowls, and all method of every part. Does it make sense? It makes a variety of sense to my tastebuds.
